How much are your site fees?

Given our stunning locations, our site fees are very competitive and much cheaper than most of our competitors in the area. Please call 01970 871 399 and a member of the sales team would be glad to answer the many questions you undoubtedly have.

Are there any Additional costs involved?

Our site fees include rates, water and VAT. The only additional costs involved will be for gas and electricity.

How much are your caravans for sale?

Our caravans range from £9,995 to £140,000. We like to think that we can cater for most budgets. It is always a good idea to have a budget in mind before you start looking at caravans as we can then show you caravans relative to that budget.

Do you provide insurance?

We are happy to provide you with information on our recommended insurance company who we have worked with for many years. However, should you wish to find your own insurance then that’s fine. We just need a copy of the policy.

Do you provide finance?

Yes, we can provide finance, subject to status, through our finance partner. Please give us a call on 01970 871 399 if you would like to discuss this further.

Can we have decking?

Yes, you can have decking on your caravan and we will be happy to discuss the options with you.

Question 7

Can I bring my dog?

Accepted Answer

Dogs are welcome on all our parks provided they are kept under control and any fouling is cleared up.

If you are renting a van, please check with your representative at time of booking.  Most of our rentals are dog friendly.

Do you have an age limit for caravans?

We don't operate a specific age limit on our parks.
