A rural idyll for holidaymakers and holiday homeowners
What makes Riverside so special is it's peaceful location with the River Leri running through the park and surrounded by woodlands. Children's play areas are available as well as plenty of opportunities for woodland walks, fishing and bird watching. There is Wi-Fi available. We have added a games room for 2020 with a pool table, dart board, seating and a vending machine for snacks.
Riverside and Countryside
Off-site you will see some of the most glorious countryside in Britain, and the highest concentration of award-winning beaches in the UK.

Because of its shallow waters, the surrounding beaches are popular with sailboard enthusiasts, kite and wind surfers and kite flyers. Ynyslas is home to rare plants and insects and the nearby thousand-acre Ynys Hir RSPB Nature Reserve draws bird watchers and ramblers alike. The park is also close to Borth’s championship 18-hole links golf course.
Holidays and Short Breaks with us
Want to come and stay with us for a short break of three nights or a full two weeks at the park? We have play areas for children and a bistro on site where you can enjoy a meal, snack, glass of wine or simply a coffee. There is an outside seating area and also a small shop where you can get your essentials.

The first step, in securing a memorable stay, is easy. Just complete the online booking form on this page, check the availability for your preferred dates, then follow the instructions to complete your booking.
How to Find us at Riverside
What they say about Riverside
Bob, Stourbridge
I've travelled over half of the world. Live 102 miles away in Stourbridge West midlands and is still my favourite place. Sea Rivers was introduced to me by Steve South who was a good friend. Michael and Ollie who now run things are lovely guys and staff on reception are great.
Liza, Shropshire
This is our first year of owning our very own static caravan. We have loved coming to Searivers and Ynyslas for many, many years. Everyone is friendly and welcoming, nothing too much trouble. Lovely food and service - warm welcome and dog friendly.
Helly, Burton on Trent
A place to recharge, relax and enjoy the company of friends, family and other people staying on site. Easter festivities were lovely and really well organised. Its our second year of owning a caravan on Searivers and we love sunset walks on the beach and relaxed meals in the Boardwalk Bistro.
Our Subletting Scheme
Most of the caravans on our parks are privately owned. Since we started selling holidays and offering a subletting scheme in 2014, we have gained a large number of return visitors increasing demand for holidays. For many of our holidaymakers, staying in a privately owned caravan gives them a 'home from home' feeling as the caravans often have extra touches to make their stay more comfortable. As a holiday home owner you can benefit from this by joining our popular sublet scheme.
What are the benefits of letting your caravan through Searivers?
There might be many dates when you are unable to use your caravan due to work and other commitments. The bonus of this scheme is that your caravan will be making you money when it would, otherwise, be empty.
How does it work?
-
We have a designated member of our reception team who is happy to speak to you to make sure it's right for you and discuss how much you could receive depending on the number of weeks you give us.
-
You simply provide us with dates when you wish to let your holiday home and fill in the letting agreement. Block off any dates you want to keep the caravan for your own use.
-
We will then conduct a full check of your caravan and grade it accordingly.
-
Ensure that your holiday home is ready and that you've removed any personal belongings prior to your first let.
-
We will do all the advertising to support your let.
-
You can manage or change your dates throughout the season (subject to availability).
-
You can request a booking summary at any time.
-
You will receive your statement in November detailing all the bookings in your holiday home and the income that is owed to you.
What do I need to consider if I want to let my holiday home?
The scheme requires that we check a few things, such as the standard and safety of your holiday home before we can start to let it for you. What this means for you is that we’ll handle any of the checks required to make sure that it is suitable for our holidaymakers.
How much could I earn?
There are a few things you need to consider when thinking about how much you can make. The age and grade of your home are factors, as well as how busy the Holiday Park is and, of course, the dates you ‘give us’. To find out more just speak to us.
What are the costs involved?
You’ll be making an income from the lets we arrange for you. Costs for cleaning (where we have booked your holiday home), processing bookings and marketing your holiday home will be included in our commission charges. As the owner of the caravan you’ll still be responsible for running costs such as gas, electricity, safety tests and the cost of breakages or replacements as required.
What if I want to change a date?
We understand that with planning ahead, things don’t always work out the way that you plan. If you want to use your holiday home on one of the dates you have given to us for letting, don’t worry. Just drop us an email or give us a call. You may still be able to take your holiday if we don’t have a booking in on that date. We just need at least a months’ notice of the change to your plans and we can do our best to try and move things around, so you can have the amended dates.
